If you are waiting for a train, you are on your way to an appointment or you are otherwise in Pasila, Helsinki with extra time, stop by at the TEK Lounge! All TEK members are welcome in the Lounge.

Pasila Lounge is located in the Insinöörit ja Ekonomit building with TEK's office, at Ratavartijankatu 2 A, 9th floor. The space is open on weekdays from 9.00 to 16.00. Read more on how to arrive to TEK's office and TEK Lounge.

In the Lounge you will find a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a soundproof telephone booth, seating for more than 20 people and toilet facilities. Unlike other Lounges, you cannot reserve the space for your own use.

Lappeenranta TEK Lounge is available for our members on working days from 8:00 to 16:00 (when the LUT University is open). We welcome you to visit!

The TEK Lounge is located on the third floor of the first phase of the University, left of the Street Cafe and along the corridor leading to the library.

Capacity: 10-60 persons, depending on the event.

Technical equipment: WiFi, Full HD projector and speakers.

Separate meeting room: For around 6 persons. The room is equipped with a monitor and it can be reserved separately.

Other equipment: Fridge, coffee maker, electric water boiler, dishwasher, microwave oven, some dishes, auditorium for some 30 persons, various chairs and stools, three couches, smart lighting system, whiteboard, radiometer, board games.

Arriving: Skinnarila is easy to access with public transportation, check out the lines from Jouko journey planner.

Parking in the LUT guest parking lot is free of charge. During the daytime, parking is possible for up to two hours with a parking disc. For longer parking during the daytime, you need to notify LUT's information desk, which is found in the main lobby. Tampere TEK Lounge is available for our members on working days from 8:00 to 19:00 (when the Tampere University is open). 

Address: Korkeakoulunkatu 7, Tampere.

The TEK Lounge is located on the ground floor of Kampusareena, opposite Konetalo.

Capacity: 10–50 people, depending on the event.

Technical Equipment: WiFi, FullHD projector and speakers.

Separate meeting rooms and workspaces:

• Karttu Meeting Room: For eight people, equipped with its own screen, whiteboard, and conference camera.
• Tupsu Workspace: Suitable for a maximum of 4 people for meetings or 2 people for remote work. The space includes a separate screen and conference camera.
• Koski Workspace: Suitable for one person for working or having a Teams meetings.

Other equipment: Refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes and coffee mugs, a seating area for about 30 people, various chairs and sofas, and an intelligent lighting system.

Arrival: Hervanta is easily accessible by tram to the Duo shopping center stop. There are paid parking spaces and electric car charging points on Korkeakoulunkatu. For more information, check Tampere University’s info for visitors.

Turku TFiF & TEK Lounge is available for our members on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:00. The Aurum building is open Mon-Thu from 9:00 to 18:00.

Number of people: Depending on the occasion, about 10-40 people.

Technical equipment: Wireless network connection, FullHD projector and speakers.

Separate conference room: For about six people, the room has its own screen, the room can be booked separately.

Other equipment: Refrigerator, coffee maker (coming soon), kettle (coming soon), microwave, a few dishes, auditorium for about 20 people, various chairs and stools, large sofa, smart lighting system.

Parking: Paid parking in the whole area until 16:00. There are often few parking spaces available during the day. We recommend arriving by public transport. Read more about parking here.
