🚀 Stronger Vantaa – Well-being, jobs, and a future for everyone! 🚀
I am a resident of Vantaa, and my life story is proof that everyone can build a good future—if society provides the right opportunities. I moved to Finland as a child without knowing the language, but I grew up here to become an active citizen and a highly educated professional. Now, I want to work to ensure that everyone in Vantaa feels safe, receives the services they need, and can build a good life.
I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, along with a vocational teacher’s diploma. I work as a product lead in a technology company and understand how to drive development efficiently and sustainably. Now, I want to bring my expertise to the Vantaa and Kerava well-being services county, ensuring that public services better meet residents’ needs. I want to build a well-being area we can all be proud of—one that is attractive, safe, and sustainable.
The well-being area must function efficiently and fairly. Access to healthcare must be quick, mental health services must be easily available, and safety must be a given for everyone. To achieve this, we need more professionals, preventive services, and smoother bureaucracy.
I want to build a well-being area where everyone gets fast care, strong support, and a secure everyday life. Together, we will succeed!

Election goals
🚀 Let’s make Kerava-Vantaa a wellbeing region where everyone gets fast healthcare, strong support, and a safe everyday life – together we succeed! 🚀1. Fast and Accessible Healthcare – No More Long Queues!
Residents’ concerns:
Access to doctors and mental health services takes too long.
Services are fragmented, making it hard to find the right help.
Staff shortages and heavy workloads reduce the quality of care.
Solutions:
✅ Reduce waiting times by hiring more healthcare professionals and utilizing digital services.
✅ Establish low-threshold service points where help is available without complex bureaucracy.
✅ Invest in preventive healthcare to address issues early and reduce costly specialized care queues.
2. Mental Health and Wellbeing First – Help When You Need It
Residents’ concerns:
Young people and adults struggle to access timely mental health support.
Social services are difficult to access due to bureaucracy.
Elderly people experience loneliness, and too few receive proper care services.
Solutions:
✅ Speed up access to mental health services by increasing resources and providing more low-threshold support.
✅ Make social services more user-friendly and less bureaucratic.
✅ Develop community-based services and more gathering places to support young people, families, and the elderly.
3. A Safe and Fair Wellbeing Region – A Good Life for Everyone
Residents’ concerns:
Regional inequality affects service quality in different parts of Kerava and Vantaa.
Healthcare staff burnout weakens service standards.
A growing sense of insecurity in certain areas.
Solutions:
✅ Ensure all neighborhoods receive high-quality and equal social and healthcare services.
✅ Improve working conditions in healthcare to retain professionals and maintain service quality.
✅ Strengthen preventive measures for safety and community wellbeing – more youth work, family support, and collaboration between police and social services.
