I aim to shift the focus of municipal taxation in Kuopio from municipal income tax to property tax (from taxing work to taxing wealth). For example, there is room to increase the tax rate on undeveloped residential plots, after construction projects are back to normal. In urban structure and mobility, we should favour alternatives to a car-dependent city.Voting number
