📚 Student-Friendly LappeenrantaStudents and young people keep the city vibrant, and they should be seen as an asset in decision-making. The city should be attractive during studies to encourage people to stay in Lappeenranta even after graduation.
🚃 High-Quality Public Transport
After moving here from Kouvola, I was surprised that living in Lappeenranta doesn’t require owning a car. I want to keep Lappeenranta a city where car ownership is not a necessity for daily life.
🌿 Green Lappeenranta
Proximity to nature must be a priority in decision-making. There should be plenty of outdoor opportunities, and the biodiversity of forests must be preserved.
