This year’s theme of Women in Tech Forum 2024 is Tech Evolution: Embracing Change. This popular event is taking place at Dipoli, Aalto University Campus, Espoo on October 24, 10 am to 4 pm. It is organized by Women in Tech Finland.

WiT Forum is free of charge but you must register. Registration opens 9.9. at 11 am.

TEK is a partner of WiT Forum 2024 and we will host a workshop at the event.

For us at TEK, one way to build a more equal working life is by partnering with WiT Forum 2024. Another is to provide data and research findings. Our latest research shows the gender pay gap in the field of technology in Finland still persists. TEK would like to see that for more employers, bridging the pay gap between men and women would become a strategic goal.
