The parties have actively discussed the textual issues of the collective agreement during the mediation, but there is a significant difference in opinion regarding the salary increase solution. In short, the salary solutions agreed for employees and salaried employees in the technology industry for the years 2025-2027 are not considered by employers to be applicable as such to senior salaried employees and therefore also not to TEK members. YTN continues to strive for a salary solution focused on general increases, which ultimately guarantees a positive development in the purchasing power of all our members.
