Subscriptions to paper magazines will become bundle subscriptions which include the right to read the same magazine digitally in addition to the paper version. If you have currently subscribed to paper magazines, your subscriptions will automatically be updated to bundles. 

Please check, that your email is up to date in OmaTEK. Alma Talent will send you instructions on how to activate your digital account via email, after which you can read the digital versions of the magazines you’ve subscribed to. If you do not wish to read the digital magazines, you can ignore the activation message. 

For bundle subscriptions, we charge a small additional fee (€0.25–0.50/month/magazine meaning €3–6/year/magazine, depending on your choice of magazine). This will be invoiced as part of your 2024 membership fee. 

If you change to digital magazines, they are included in your membership fee (max. 2 digital magazines).

If you wish to change or cancel your subscriptions, you can do so at OmaTEK or by contacting our member service. As a full member, you can also opt out of magazine subscriptions and receive a discount on your membership fee: if you only subscribe to one magazine, the discount is €1.75/month (€21/year). If you opt out of all subscriptions, the discount is €3.50/month (€42/year). TEK membership fees will remain the same in 2024.

We will charge you the discounted membership fee for a full member* of €25.75/month (€20.50/month without the unemployment fund), i.e. €309/year (€246/year without the fund). *We will also take into account your possible other valid discounts so that your membership fee does not fall below the minimum membership fee of €9.75/month (€117/year) for those who belong to the fund, €4.50/month (€54/year) for those without the fund membership.

As magazines are not included in your current membership (spouse discount), this change won’t affect your membership fee or your spouse discount. 

You can, however, opt out of the spouse discount and subscribe to paper or digital magazines. You can update your subscriptions by contacting our member service.

As a recent graduate, you pay only half of the membership fee of a full member for the first 12 months after your graduation. Magazine benefits apply to you like a full member, i.e. your membership includes two digital magazines or you can subscribe to bundle subscriptions (paper+digital) for a small additional fee. TEK membership fees will remain the same in 2024.

Please note that if you opt out of the magazines, you will still pay at least the minimum membership fee. The minimum membership fee is €9.75/month (€117/year) for those who belong to the fund, €4.50/month (€54/year) for those without the fund membership.
