YTN technology Industry: YTN and the Technology Industry Employers of Finland have approved the negotiation result as the collective agreement for senior salaried employees in the technology industry for the years 2025-27. YTN consulting sector: YTN and the Technology Industry Employers of Finland approved on April 7 the negotiation result reached on Friday for the collective agreement for senior salaried employees in the consulting sector. The agreement came into effect on April 8, 2025. Read more
YTN IT service sector: YTN, Tietoala ry, and the Technology Industry Employers of Finland have negotiated a new nationwide collective agreement for the IT service sector. The agreement came into effect on April 8, 2025, and applies to the employees of the member companies of the Technology Industry Employers of Finland. Many non-unionized companies in the IT sector have also announced that they will comply with the nationwide collective agreement. Read more
The new collective agreements for all three sectors mentioned above are for three years, with the last year being a so-called option year. The salary increases for the contract period total 7.8 percent, of which general increases account for 5.0 percent.
Ban on flexibility ended
With the negotiation result, the bans on flexibility in technology industry and consulting sector have ended.
