Legal advice is one of the services TEK’s members value the most. When you want to check something or work life gives you lemons, it’s a relief to have someone to turn to.

You may be wondering, in what kind of situations you can contact TEK’s lawyers. No issue is too big or small, as long as it’s related to your employment. TEK’s lawyers do not provide advice on family law or personal matters. 

Here are examples of situations TEK can help you with:

  • Checking your employment contract, summer job contract or executive employment contract before signing.
  • When you want to check parts of your employment contract, such as non-compete or non-disclosure clauses.
  • When you are wondering about how many holiday days you will have next holiday season (holiday accrual).
